Fatty Knees And How To Rig How Can I Reduce Muscle Bulk In My Legs And Still Live My Life Normally?

How can I reduce muscle bulk in my legs and still live my life normally? - fatty knees and how to rig

My calves are really evil - both are about the size of a honeydew and a little fat area behind the knee, are solid masses of muscle. Should I stretch all the time, or may even worsen their situation? Should I avoid protein?

Stretching helps a lot ...

Low impact aerobics, and proteins to see that you might not have a personal trainer in this emergency situation to worsen. You do not need weight on all exercises, which would add their muscles.

PT I'm so here goes:
Depending also what size / short, you, the muscles are usually less bulk up more easily than someone who has more muscles.
Stay away from a bike to lose weight and your legs. We need to start on the legs run, run her heart. Nothing more than 30-40 minutes starts to eat into your muscle tissue ... if the good run 45 minutes should do it. Protein is good, but only help after the training that is pulled back muscles and fat ... But beware that the protein is used ... If you are a woman after VP2 fantastic!
Other ... q please:) ... oh, and Strectching is a must! is what helps you really are!

wow, if your mucsle is good, yoga exercises, while AG would be a good idea, or perhaps a video of stretching,
others need to lose a few pounds of muscle you may be the case

As has been said, stretching helps. You have to make some sort of exercise to maintain muscle tone and overall body condition. You could try to swim because it is not much use to their calves.

For more information, you should definitely consult a personal trainer because they lose muscle mass, requires very careful planning of your diet and exercise if you keep your health.
