I do not know if it is a version of The Sims 3 for Mac, I think it's because there are Mac versions of The Sims and The Sims 2.
And once released? With the PC version in February 2009 20?

It is not at the same time as PC. Currently, the Mac version is not known. Usually Mac versions are released 6 months - 1 year later.
